Prices for Residential Rental Properties.

£50 for up to 10 items + £1 per item after that.

Includes:-

Full Visual Inspection, Insulation, Polarity, RCD Trip, Load, Earth Leakage, Microwave Leakage, I.T Soft Tests, Labels, Itemised Report & Certificate.

We will also contact your Tenant to arrange a convenient time to carry out the work.
